The Bromelia Restaurant and Bar serves a mixture of European and traditional Costa Rican dishes with ingredients which are locally sourced wherever possible. For breakfast, they bake their own bread and make their own granola, a Cannon family recipe, which is a firm favorite. They make their own jam from the locally grown strawberries and the milk is collected every morning from the Lodge’s dairy. They are happy to prepare a light lunch for you or they can organise a picnic for you to take with you.
