The new SURF HOUSE is positioned on an adjacent lot beside Villa I with a spectacular ocean front vista. It is their most casual and “layed back” accommodation with an ocean view morning, noon and night that will take your breath away. Converted from a modest private Costa Rican home, this space has three air-conditioned sleeping rooms; one with a small seating area and large refrigerator. All three rooms have doors opening to the sea, the breeze, and the sounds of the birds, monkeys and rolling waves. The surf house offers one community bathroom with a shower and a sunken bathtub that sits outside. There is an abundance of outdoor open space leading to the Pacific including hammocks and beach chairs for lounging, reading or sunset viewing.
The Surf House sleeps up to six and is perfect for one or two couples, one couple with up to four children, four to six single adults (surfers or getaway friends) or overflow space for teenage children and friends while mom and dad take a villa next door. Room one has two twin beds, room two has a king bed, and room three is equipped with two single day beds. All of Florblanca amenities are available to guests of the Surf House including room service, the beautiful spa Bambu, pool, Nectar Restaurant, tours, maid service, laundry etc. Whether you come alone or with a group, the Surf House is yours for a wonderful Costa Rican get away. Down below the master suite on the first floor, a wide and spacious living area looks directly on to the beach and is complete with hammock for two, a large casual seating area and a dinning nook. The Honeymoon House has a direct internet connection and a downstairs powder room and shower. The common area is open air with fans and romantic lighting for your full enjoyment and entertainment. Restaurant Nectar at Hotel Florblanca is laid back and elegant; an indoor/outdoor hangout for guests and locals wanting to dine, celebrate, or enjoy after a day at the beach.
